It’s your money. You should know how it’s being spent.

Printadvisor, Inc. operates as a medium between its Client and Vendor partners and thrives on open communication, transparency and trust.

Never-Assume-Anything is best practiced when managing print. Details are paramount when building and estimating your project - to ensure accuracy, maximize your print spend... and avoid costly surprises. My promise is to always deliver as promised, and invoice as quoted.

There is nothing more disruptive for a customer than having additional line item charges (alterations, overruns, taxes, etc.) appear upon being invoiced. Industry norms aside, with Printadvisor you can always count on getting an accurate estimate, and a clean invoice:

Your Estimate:

A detailed project estimate clearly identifies each labor, material, and manufacturing component figured into your quote. Examine carefully to determine what’s included, or perhaps not - but should be.

By default, your estimate also includes:
Taxes -
Always included
Delivery - (1) Local delivery is included

Please advise of Tax Exempt status or if job ships out of State. If the make-up of your job changes, a revised estimate will be submitted.

Your Invoice:

You will receive an equally detailed invoice as well.

Generally your invoice will bill “as quoted”. If any structural changes or major alterations were required, a revised production estimate will have already been submitted to you.

Print Overruns - On smaller jobs there will never be a charge for overs.

On larger or more labor intensive jobs, I will consult with you about an acceptable overrun. When overs are billed… they will always be tendered at a discounted - per unit cost.

Terms - Net 30 days  (Fast pay discounts up to 5% - Net ten days available.)

Print procurement is a “zero sum” game. Your motive for profit is my criteria.

“Thanks David, to you and your “Partners” for
yet another - impossibly tight - deadline met”
